I highly value honesty and legality

We have been following a lot of roads and so I thought, let's look at driving in Spain.  I first ventured into this when taking the five month old to the land of his grandfather. I would recommend anyone who needed to get their head round the whole thing to drive from Valladolid to Astorga. It involved long, straight, quiet 'A' roads and about four turnings. It was easy to get your head round.

In Spain you can not just rock up for the test. First you must enroll in a driving school.  I can tell you the Autoviatest site https://autoviatest.com/en/driving-test/spain/facts proclaims that Spain had 1785 deaths on the road in 2024.  After that it tells you enrollment will cost between 700 and 1400 euros. You also need a Primary School diploma to get a licence as well as a certificate of mental and physical fitness.  Should you wish it - you can practice the theory here.   https://practicatest.com/en/spanish-driving-test/online

So it is a day of straight roads and sweeping vistas. We begin by passing an industrial estate so let us pop in to the De Especialidad Cafe.  It appears to be a 4.9 star Coffee roastery.   https://deespecialidadcafe.com/    It opens weekdays 8am - 4pm.  Julio Ceasr came, saw and left a five star review yesterday. ‘Spectacular! I ordered the 1kg bag of Colombian coffee, and it arrived in less than 24 hours. The coffee is as delicious as it smells. Highly recommended, I will continue to buy from them.’

Nearby is Euroboom. It is is the Avenida del Transporte.  https://euroboom.es/24-ver-todos   I for one was taken by the 12 glasses [19cl] which would cost 6.25 euros.   They are open weekdays, 7am to 3pm.  Most reviews are brief and wordless and ancient. Sabas - three years ago -clearly was on a mission to assure us that all was tickety-boo.

‘The service and professionalism were exceptional from day one. The owners were incredibly friendly and had outstanding character. Personally, I highly value honesty and legality in a business these days, and I can say with absolute certainty that they are as honest and upright as they come! Everything we purchased arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged, and delivered safely by the transport company.’

Well, that’s it for things.  We are a week off Seville so let us think happy thoughts of Seville and bask in the knowledge its wiki page is in 153 languages -including esperanto.  That 12 places in Colombia are called Seville and that the Sevilla Metro Station, in Madrid was opened in 1924.
