Kindness with a limited selection

We are going to do a lot on country roads which show the effect of Andalusian  sun and a lot of traffic. The A-8005 is just a bit trilly-alley at the edges.  Much of the fields look in the need of a bit of rain as well. We will pass a scattering of business concerns as well.

Let us look in at Desguace San José S.L.  It is a car breaker  https://desguacesanjose.net/ The website as lots of bits of machinery I don’t recognise, at prices I can not say if they are good or not.   Almost 1000 people gave the place its 4.1 stars.  Some recent ones are harsh - some are happy. Three months ago Rocio started with ‘I couldn't be happier!!! ‘.  Andres was glum. ‘I'd rather not use any adjectives.’

We are now approaching La Rinconada. It is one of those great rambling hotels which lined and line the roadways of Spain providing beds, small cellophane wrapped buns and cigarette machines to the needy. This example gets 4.3 stars and the picture on Google just shows many, many, lorries.  According to the said, same Google tells us the place peaks at 8-9am and then slowly declines till 3pm.  Three months ago Mikael said ‘Excellent, fast, and professional service. Good truck parking (for a peaceful night's sleep). ‘George felt it had a ‘Limited food selection. But what's available is prepared with taste.

Along the road we go.  The Farmacia Nueva Jarilla is a 4.9 star place - which almost makes it worth being poorly for.  Juan gave four stars and said ‘Kindness is their hallmark. ‘  Cynthia reckoned ‘Excellent pharmacy. If you need any prescription medication and they don't have it, the pharmacist will get it to you in just a few hours. She's also super friendly and pleasant, a great professional.

Not much else on the road so lets have three random Spanish things.  I missed typed and the autocorrect put ‘thigh’ in it.

So, the first random Spanish thing is the Spanish for thigh is muslo.  That is el muslo or, if you have a matching pair, los muslos.

The first Spanish made tank was the Trubia A4.  It was based on the Renault FT https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trubia_A4 and a grand total of 4 were produced.

While England managed to have only two Archbishops Spain has eleven.  They being Granada, Madrid, Santiago, Seville, Tarragone, Toledo, Valencia, Valladolid and Zaragoza. The current chap is Francisco Jose Prieto Fernandez. The diocese of Santiago was founded on 5th December 1095. The bishop got a promotion to Archbishop on 27th February 1120.

Tomorrow is another day.
