Beware of the vampire - or not, as the case may be.

 The thing about this coast is it is designed for people to head down to the beach, not walk past it. Today we will be wiggling around the byways which connect each village that clings around the road to the sea.

On we go and we better look in on a resort. Club Marbella is from Crown Resorts. It has 1714 reviews and 4.1 stars. Two weeks ago Lukas said ‘The hotel is cozy and quite quiet. There is an outdoor and indoor pool. The apartment is spacious and equipped. Kitchen with living room. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. TV, air conditioning, washing machine, WiFi.’ 



 We are almost at the end of the day. Supercor https://www.supercor.es/ can lure us in.  To be honest, they will not really going be closed when we pop by - they will sell you stuff from 7am and 1 am.   This may not always be the case.  Some people complain of price and the checkout. Anton goes three stars. ‘A typical supermarket in a tourist area, the staff keeps the place tidy, clean, with shelves stocked, and everything well labeled. In short, they're great. Another positive point is that they're open until very late. It's a shame about the service, which is so unprofessional because the influx of customers who won't return is so high, which makes you relax and fails to provide good customer service. Also, the exterior isn't very well lit.’

  Pina de Ebro has something for everyone who enjoys the architecture of Spanish pueblos.  It has the tiny lanes, on which houses have been rebuilt for generations without a care for the needs of the modern motorist.  We have the pathways which have been tiled over but once were dirt tracks.  We have the modern suburban developments of low rise houses and 80s hopefully aspiring shacks.  First all, however, we have a park.
