 We begin on the edge and then go beyond it. We are going to go above the TF-217, follow a higher, more back route and even have a break in the houses for a joyous moment of blasted heath.




Time for lunch  at the Bodegon El Piojo.  I was drawn to this one by the top review words: wine, rabbit meat, price, guachinche and fried rice.  A month ago Ricardo went straight for it ‘Excellent rice with exquisite rabbit, in addition to the excellent service, I recommend it. ‘   Tanneri was also taken with  the coneja.   ‘The fried rabbit with its super crunchy garlic, the rice with rabbit (only on Sundays), the broken eggs, the super tasty blood sausage in balls... it is eaten very well and the service at its own pace. We love eating in the block area with its photos that I remember as a girl and with the modern touch of the paintings,....’




Replete we move on to the Indian Mobel [antiguo muebles izquierdo]. 4.9 stars with key words ‘speed’. ‘Editing’ and ‘sales contract.’   A week ago GP was fulsome in their praise ‘I've purchased several items from Indian Mobel, and we're truly happy with the quality and price they offer. The service has always been very friendly and courteous. When it comes to advice, we've greatly appreciated their honesty and professionalism, as they know the products very well, and if there's anything that might be detrimental to us, they'll let you know. They don't just sell for the sake of selling. The shipping and assembly service has been very fast and efficient. I recommend them 100%.’

 



We end the day by the children’s camp, Libervita Maresia SL.    https://lamaresia.com/  4.1 stars suggests a mix of reviews.  Four years ago lolo wrote ‘Excellent summer camp for children. Very friendly and proffessional responsible team, plus the environment and activities are really exciting and fun 🥰 …  Six weeks ago Emolas - as a proxy consumer - complained ‘They say they close at 5pm and then they have parties until late at night, yesterday and today they have been playing drums since 10am, unbearable!’    Two months ago Bianca wrote a review so damning and long I’m not sure that I have space for it.  You may want to go to find out for yourself.

  Pina de Ebro has something for everyone who enjoys the architecture of Spanish pueblos.  It has the tiny lanes, on which houses have been rebuilt for generations without a care for the needs of the modern motorist.  We have the pathways which have been tiled over but once were dirt tracks.  We have the modern suburban developments of low rise houses and 80s hopefully aspiring shacks.  First all, however, we have a park.
