I've fulfilled one of my dreams
We are heading up the hill towards Guaza. Guaza has a market.
Guaza is essentially a street with lots of shops and few houses nearby. We might as well look at some of them.
Bazar Boukaddor sells clothes. It has now reviews and so really doesn’t exist at all.
Motos Speed Garage Tenerife has 7 reviews and gets a Five. Lachi said a week ago ‘I'm really happy and I've fulfilled one of my dreams.’ Who are we to pry further.
Rotulos Sur is a sign shop. Five stars, 3 reviews. Janis was fulsome. ‘A month spent on signs in my town and it seemed like a world of effort to make a 30x42 poster and a month for a budget that never arrived. So I called Rotulos Sur and was delighted. In one day I had the design and budget and the next day it was being sent to my home by parcel and with chrome dividers. The design was done so quickly. Well, everything was extremely fast. I loved the sign. From the moment I called him until I hung up my sign, only 3 days passed. Thank you very much Manuel.’
La casa de la cartera has a single, but five star, review. Estenfany gives it five but no words. Apparently it is LGBTQ+ friendly.
To the market, or fleamarket really. It is tucked off the main drag, with its own enclosure. Can I say I wanted to buy things. I really did. Had a car instead of hand luggage I might have. It has lots and lots of stalls. Some sell New Age Tat and Rubbish, some felt-mousey craft. Lots have the sort of things that will be vintage one day. I had a nice coffee and bought some paella spice and that was it.
Lets have some reviews. Let us go low first of all.
Six days ago Carol was not impressed. ‘Uffff, I didn't like it at all.
We went for nothing, everything was wasted...
The only stall we shopped at was a small one that had necklaces and various other very pretty, clean things.
And another one that had everything military.
Will we go back? I doubt it.’
Three weeks ago Neven thought ‘The market is clean, there are two cafes, the restrooms are also clean, overall it's a good place to shop.’
Ana liked it ‘Great vibes all around! Music, positive energy, and friendly people everywhere. Prices are super affordable, ranging from just €1 to €15. In the center of the market, you can grab some refreshments like beer, coffee, pizza, and snacks. Definitely worth a visit!
We will nip over the fence, back to the TF-66 and head on our way.
