Surprisingly many wines.

Fancy some Yoga.  We are near Beatrice Cano. She has three, five star reviews.  Four years ago Juan said ‘A true professional. I took my wife to her for neck pain, and the treatment was phenomenal. She provides a very special and delicate approach. We will definitely return for any problem we may have. Thank you, Beatriz, for your professionalism.’

Should our demands be more temporal, over the road is the Dia supermarket. It only gets 4.1 stars.  Edith said ‘Great supermarket, wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also a good fish department. Surprisingly many wines.’

Refreshed in mind and body we are now on track for a swim.  The Polop pool was a hit with Barbel.  ‘Everything is new and freshly renovated in 2025. Friendly staff, shady spots on the lawn, changing rooms, and a snack bar. Day pass for adults €2!’

We end the day almost 4km further south and by the Restaurante La Rambla .It is a Polish restaurant https://restaurantelarambla.com/ and LGBTQ+ friendly.  Tracey adored the place ‘A fantastic find whilst we were out and about. Traditional polish food. We opted to share a plate of meat pierogi and the pork knuckle. I'm glad we decide to share as we were both stuffed afterwards. Service was good and quick. I would definately recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.’  Silu added ‘Absolutely delicious Polish food in Spain! The Hungarian-style potato pancake and the pierogi were both full of flavor and perfectly prepared. For dessert, the apple tart was a real treat – crispy, not too sweet, and beautifully served. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, home-style Polish cuisine!.

Full and clean we end the day.
