‘A small paradise where time seems to stand still

We are wandering through joy town and so are walking over the ravine that the Rio Amadorio runs.  It is full of stones, some are old houses.  The bridge has reviews.  16 people thought it was important enough to do so.  Francesco reckoned ‘Nice view point in La Vila Joiosa. There are stairs leading down into the park’.  Daniel added ‘Bridge with dense traffic, with imposing and classic arches. Its location is very good, but the graffiti on the bases of the arches takes away from the beauty of the whole.’

On we go.   Do we need a gastropub?  Why not? La Giacomina gets 4.2 stars.   It is a 7pm to 12.30am sort of place, 1.30 on Fridays and Saturdays. Forget Tuesdays, Tuesdays are out.  JL PL said, five days ago, ‘The food is a 10, and the price is reasonable. But without a doubt the best part is the entire team working there—waiters, chefs, etc. They also know how to liven things up when there's karaoke. One of the best value places in La Vila. And on top of that, parking is easy!’

Look, we are near the beach. Let us put in a toe.  We could go to the beach for a review.  That would give us 1366 reviews to choose from. No! Let us go to the Torre de Socorro. The picture shows a lifeguard tower, the writing says First aid station. It has one review. It was written six hours ago.  Jose said ‘A small paradise where time seems to stand still. The sand is clean and comfortable, and the sea changes color depending on the time of day. The breeze is gentle and the atmosphere is peaceful. Ideal for relaxing and recharging.’

Towards the end of the journey we will pass Renaissance Dreams SA.  I was hoping for a bit of art; maybe some sort of religious contention or certain centralising of government.  No! We have a business park.  https://www.thevillaonthebeach.com/  Two reviews were made.  These were six years ago.  Between them Sergio and Rolf-Andre managed four stars and one word- ‘Good.’

We will end on the Carrer Noruega and look at the railway.
