On we push with hope and happiness. I haven't been in a McDonald's in Spain for almost 30 years. We had just done an overnight coach from Astorga to Madrid and needed somewhere we could point and not need to think, We are near a 3.6 star Big M.
Two days ago Jose said'It needs more attention, terrible service and expensive for what was ordered. The person taking the order has no idea about everything, the menus are separate and on top of that, the drinks are separate when they arrive. It's terrible.'

Adrian said 'The first time we booked the suite with a terrace, it was great, honestly a 10/10.
The second time, however, we booked it from Sunday to Monday, which is a better price, but it's not the same room. You don't have a sauna in the shower, the lights didn't work properly, and on top of that, you have a terrace door with no curtain... So light gets in whether you like it or not. As for service, the drinks weren't cold, and at night, the phone didn't work so we could order dinner. The truth is, the first time was a 10/10, the second time was terrible... Maybe the difference is paying for the special offer they have during the week..
