very Important for unfolding luggage
We are following the track which runs alongside the A-23. The N-234 is the other side of the road. Streetview will not be between them. We will be well away from the way of the railway - no Watford Gap of this. We have nothing to review here.
I am always a little cagey about Google Reviews. They are not peer reviewed. They are made by people. People can be glorious and wish to please. I suspect some five stars were really four but, well, you know. Some people are only members of humanity by proxy and missed out on the empathy bit, which I really think is essential to the entry ticket. Everyone has bad days. The internet inscribed forever as truth the quickly penned feelings of the moment. To this end I will share with you the most recent two reviews of the Hotel Area de Javalambre - which we will gaze on across the motorway.
Jdcv said, 13 hours a go. ‘A good place to stop off along the way.
In my case, we stayed on a road trip with two motorcycles.
The double room was spacious, very important for unfolding luggage, helmets, clothing, etc. The bathroom was full, but the only drawback was the shower screen, which didn't do its job of stopping the water due to its size. The beds were neither good nor bad, but adequate for a night (that's a matter of taste). The dinner service was very good, with a very good menu for €14. The breakfast was quite good, with a bit of everything to recharge your batteries before setting off/I recommend a visit, whether for lunch or a drink, or to rest.
A week ago Luis said ‘I have never seen a hotel so dysfunctional in my life. You enter through the cafeteria and you cannot go to the hotel if you do not check in personally. Before us there were four cyclists who spent 20 minutes doing self-checking. Then the first thing the machine asks me is the reservation number. I had to go to the car to get her. Then it asks you for countless information to finally give you a card to go up to the assigned room. In the morning when I went down to breakfast and came back the card didn't work. In short, totally dysfunctional. I don't recommend it to anyone’
How can we tell without going ourselves.
The place is a three star gaff. It seems about 46 euros a night. Check in and out time is 2pm. It has a website. https://www.hotelpuertadejavalambre.es/?utm_medium=organic&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=google-my-business&utm_term=google-local
We will not be staying because we must push on.
