Taking our hats off
Once more we plunge on. I like to think the House Style is dyslexic enthusiasm, with on-brand minimal proofreading. Let us see what today brings.
Sometimes you get the feel of the old road and the old industries that are connected to it. On top of the hill are a couple of firms that enjoy the availability of cheap land. Reparación Automóviles Cercós, S.L.U. are mechanics who get 5.8 stars. Onni was fulsome four months ago ‘We had one flat tire because we had driven to a screw. We drove to their garage on Saturday morning and they repaired the tire with a universal rubber patch and proper glue and we were good to continue our trip. They didn't have replacement tires for this but he did excellent job on the repair. This took only 30min and 17€ euros. We were very happy to give a good tip. They didn't speak English but there's good 4G connection and we used Google Translate.’
Next door are Gruas y Asistencia El Ventorrillo - a provider of cranes says google - a collector of broken vehicles says the websites. https://elventorrillogruas.com/ A month ago e sin apellido [!] said ‘Alejandro has helped us, in life we have seen a person as professional as him, to take our hats off. He has a vocation at work, he was able to remove our car from a place that was inaccessible due to mud. A great professional and delighted to have come across him. Thank you Alejandro, very grateful.
Ontop of the hill is the Bar Restaurante El Ventorrillo. The photo suggests it is very closed. Google marks it as temporarily closed. The last review was two years ago. We have an unworded five star and Cynthia reckoning one star ‘One hour to be attended to if you are in a hurry or go.’ It has the feel of one of those places which served the traveller before the motorway and now the motorway is here, their customers aren’t.
So we move on and at the end of the day we leave the road and track alongside the Autovia Mudejar.
