A land of scrib and trees
It is the sort of the day where we are going down hill and it is a generally nice view that we witness. We are going into the Algars valley and the border with Aragon. We get the chance to look at the old bridge and the new bridge used by N-420.
.We have little else to do but to note that we are in the Province of Teruel. It covers 14,809km2, has 135,309 inhabitants and a quarter live in the capital. The population density is among the lowest in Spain - although in terms of GDP, it is about midway in Spanish terms. It has a website https://www.dpteruel.es/DPTweb/
Keen on farming. Well 26% of the province is covered in trees, 60% is grassland-scrub and 30% is farmland.
The largest settlement in Teruel is Teruel. It has 36, 267 inhabitants. The 19th is Calaceite. It has 979 souls. We are going there tomorrow.
