I read about loose dogs

It is a holiday in Spain - after all, can’t have a holiday on the sabbath.  Streetview seem to have taken a holiday.  Why some dirt tracks are mapped and other not is a mystery known only unto Google.  Most of what we are doing today is off-piste.

We will start by retracing our steps, I took a wrong turning.  We will then take a turn across the border again and back into Castille. As we leave let us remember the 315,00 people, the 174 municipalities and the fact the region contributes 0.7% of Spain’s total GDP.

The only reviewable thing is the Hacienda El Ternero.   It opens are 8am and, first on its website are the Tax authorities.  https://elternero.com/contacto/   Clicking on the ‘Wines’ google translate offers us ‘The pear’, ‘Pink@ Barrel Fermented White’ ‘Lathe’ Selective Breeding’ and ‘Spruce 650’.  A bootle of Breeding Lathe will set you back 11.30 euros.

Yesterday Karma Pirpi reckoned ‘The spruce 650 is, without a doubt, one of the best wines I have tried, although they are all excellent.’  On the same day Moni added ‘A wonderful place, a very renovated winery that has respected the history of this land. For me, the most charming winery in all of La Rioja. The wines,  a pleasure…’

Two days ago Christiane found this site and decided to vent, but not about wine.  ‘In the description of the Cihuri rural hiking route, Finca del Tenero is indicated as a seg point - how great was my disappointment when I read about loose dogs and security cameras on the path and had to abort my hike as a result. I don't know your wine and I am very disappointed’

Let us continue and we aware of the dogs.
