Arcahueja needs you, well, its wiki page does.

We are making a move from meseta to meandering suburbs. Crossing the A-60 we are on the N-601 and running along the road to Leon. The houses begin to clump along the roadside and the out of town industrial and commercial properties begin to clump.

Arcahueja is very unimpressive in terms of a wiki page. It does say the feast day is the Assumption of the Virgin - 15th August. A Brotherhood dedicated to this was established in 1840. Thats a bit really.

The Restaurante El Pradillo http://www.elpradillo.com/ offers a child’s menu which includes pasta and a chicken finger or a fillet of meat. The New Year’s menu costs 48 euros.
Nearby is an Antique shop. The idea of antiques - as opposed to ‘really odd stuff’ is a fairly new one for Spain, where people were trying to ditch anything from the past and jump into the future. Such it was that Spain really didn’t do video but rushed straight to DVD. The Antigüedades José Ramón gets two reviews. MCF gives it 5 and helpfully says ‘many.old.objects.’ Hugo Gonzalez Fernandez gave it 1 and refuses to tell us or the owner why. Maybe it was ‘less.old.objects.’
Near the end of the day we end by a hotel called ‘Camino Real Leon’. It has a facebook profile. I would have to make a friends request and while its other chums, Andres Sandoval Igleias, Ana Gil Agudo and Silvina Peke look jolly good sports, I think I’ll skip on this one. The over 1000 reviews average at 4.41. I’m writing this on 17th December. Yesterday it got a 1 star review [Elena- Terrible service, food... I don't recommend it] and 5 stars [Next to León, good food and good service, good value for money - Tomas]. It really does make you want to visit.
